Lauren Pudney

BSc Sport therapy student  at Essex Uni

I am a final-year student in sports therapy, deeply passionate about advancing my skills and knowledge in physiotherapy. With a strong foundation in sports therapy, I've developed practical expertise in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating injuries, especially in athletes. My experiences have strengthened my commitment to this field, and l am eager to further my education to make a positive impact as a physiotherapist. I find the combination of science and compassion in this profession both challenging and rewarding, and I am motivated by the opportunity to support others in their journey to recovery and peak performance.

Outside my studies, I am an active gym-goer and a triathlon enthusiast, which fuels my understanding of athletic demands and recovery needs. This personal dedication to sports complements my professional pursuits, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level. Helping people achieve their goals and witnessing even small improvements in their quality of life is my driving force. I'm committed to applying my knowledge to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, whether it's relieving pain or enhancing mobility.
